TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to CreativeBundleShop.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold on CreativeBundleShop are digital files (SVG, DFX, EPS, PNG) delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Files are delivered instantly via email and your account download page.

2. LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS

You MAY:

Use the files for personal and commercial projects
Create and sell unlimited physical products (t-shirts, mugs, decals, crafts, etc.)
Use the designs with Cricut, Silhouette, laser cutters, engravers, and other cutting machines
Use the files for client projects

You MAY NOT:

Resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any format
Claim the designs as your own original work
Include the files in digital design bundles or collections for resale
Share the files with others, even for free
Use the designs for mass production without proper licensing

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Compatible software required (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
Basic knowledge of cutting machines or design software recommended
Computer or device capable of downloading and unzipping files
Ensure compatibility with your equipment before purchase

4. FILE DELIVERY & DOWNLOADS

Files are delivered instantly after payment confirmation
Download links are sent to your email and available in your account
Files are provided in compressed ZIP format
Keep backup copies of all downloaded files

5. FILE SPECIFICATIONS

All files are provided in high resolution
File formats included: SVG, DFX, EPS, PNG
File sizes vary depending on design complexity
Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded.

Exceptions:

Technical issues preventing file download (we will assist with re-delivery)
Duplicate purchases (contact us within 48 hours)
Defective or corrupted files (we will provide replacement files)

Please contact us immediately if you experience any technical issues.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for having the necessary equipment and software
You must download files within 30 days of purchase
Provide accurate email address for file delivery
Check spam/junk folders for download links
Keep backup copies of downloaded files
Ensure compatibility with your cutting machine before purchase

8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We provide support for:

File access and download issues
Corrupted or defective files
Account and order questions

We do NOT provide:

Technical support for third-party software (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, etc.)
Tutorials on how to use cutting machines
Design customization services

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All designs are copyrighted by CreativeBundleShop. Purchase grants you a license to use the files as outlined in Section 2, but does not transfer copyright ownership.

Unauthorized distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action
We reserve the right to pursue copyright infringement
All designs remain the intellectual property of CreativeBundleShop

10. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

Files are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:

Compatibility with all cutting machines or materials
Results achieved with the files
Suitability for any particular purpose

We are not responsible for:

User errors or lack of technical knowledge
Incompatible software or equipment
Material waste or project failures

11. ACCOUNT & ORDERS

You are responsible for maintaining account security
Provide accurate contact information
One account per customer
Accounts may be terminated for violation of these terms

12. UPDATES & CHANGES

We may update designs or file formats without notice
Previous purchasers are not automatically entitled to updated versions
We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts. These terms are subject to Norwegian consumer protection laws and EU regulations where applicable.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreativeBundleShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
