REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS - NO REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once files have been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
WHY NO REFUNDS?
Digital files are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned" once downloaded. This policy protects our intellectual property and prevents unauthorized distribution.
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
Please ensure:
- You have compatible software (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
- You have the necessary equipment (cutting machine, laser cutter, etc.)
- You review product descriptions and file formats carefully
- You understand the license terms
EXCEPTIONS - WE WILL HELP YOU
We will provide assistance or replacement files if:
1. Technical Issues:
- Download link doesn't work
- Files are corrupted or won't open
- Duplicate purchase made in error
2. Our Error:
- Wrong files delivered
- Missing files from bundle
- Defective or incomplete files
HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE:
Contact us within 7 days of purchase at creativebundleshop@outlook.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots (if applicable)
WHAT WE WILL DO:
- Provide new download links
- Send replacement files
- Issue refund for duplicate purchases
- Assist with technical download issues
WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Incompatible software or equipment
- User error or mistakes
- "I didn't read the description"
- Files already downloaded successfully
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Account suspension
- Legal action for fraud
- Loss of access to purchased files
